These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Arbitration and dispute resolution

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved, and it limits your ability to bring or take part in a class action.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the website shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
